1. I accidentally deleted some real comments/tracks when i just did comment moderation. sorry about that, those of you who got the axe. twas an accident.
2. speaking of comments, why do i get so much comment spam? anyone solved this problem? 48 messages a day for “floricet” is simply unacceptable.
3. i started with a personal trainer this week. i can’t move my arms today. no joke.
